our new favourite place to visit in harrogate. there were a sitting area, ironing facilities and slippers in the room, which was great.

Satisfied with the bed and breakfast, it's a good home base for staying in Harrogate. We were greeted by FANTASTIC host. Enjoyed lovely room design. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of meals.
